Thank you for your interest in our company Steiner Leisure. We are an international, publicly traded NASDAQ company from America, which contracts with the cruise spa, spa & fitness facilities on board to manage luxury 5 star cruise ships, with our own staff.

Currently we manage more than 130 wellness, spa & fitness facilities on board. Cruise Companies we work with include Carnival Cruises, Celebrity Cruises, Costa Cruises, Crystal Cruises, Disney Cruises, Holland America Line, Norwegian Cruise Lines, Princess Cruises, Royal Caribbean and Seabourn Cruise Lines.

Steiner American aboard cruise ships that travel the world, the most fantastic fitness centers throughout the luxury wellness spa. From Los Angeles to Sydney or from Alaska to South America.

Upcoming year, new ships christened by the cruise lines and we have year-round weather site for new staff. Steiner recruits people from around the world, with a recruitment and selection department in America, Canada, Europe, Africa and Australasia. You work on board in an international spa spateam of 20-30 people. A good command of English is therefore essential.

Steiner training in London - England is our training business school, where new staff from around the world for free, with board and lodging, is trained for their new job in the spa, fitness center & spa, before boarding. Our fitness instructor training includes:
➢ Indoor cycling / Spinning
➢Fitball Bosu Pilates
➢Thai Chi Yoga
➢Personal Training Nutrition / Detoxification

Sessions BCA
➢ Polar age session
➢ Education Seminar / delivery
➢ Spa Concepts and retail sales

The training lasts between 3 and 6 weeks. The training is free with costs and lodging. It lies on the instructor how fast he / she knows the material well enough to be placed aboard a cruise ship. From the training you will fly directly to the country where the cruise is. The flight ticket from London to the cruise ship and after work contract back to London, get paid by Steiner. The day you step on board, is the day your work contract of 9 months beginning with free board and lodging.
