Asparagus Salad

Preparation:
Clean the asparagus and cut them into three parts. Boil them in water 2 minutes with a little salt. Peel the egg and chop it into smaller pieces. Mix the egg, dill, vinegar and oil and bring to taste with salt and pepper. Then add the asparagus and stir it around. Rinse the salad leaves off and put them on a plate. Lay up the mix with asparagus. Serve with bread.

1 person:
250 g green asparagus
1 hard boiled egg
2 sprigs dill
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
50 grams of green salad
1 slice bread
salt, pepper
